By accessing and using the ChickenRun website (chickenrun.co.ke) or visiting any of our restaurant locations, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of ChickenRun's website and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. About ChickenRun
ChickenRun is a fast-food restaurant chain operating across Kenya, serving hand-breaded fried chicken, chips, burgers, and related items. Our branches are open across Nairobi, Nakuru, Kitui, Rongai, Juja, and other locations throughout the country.
ChickenRun is incorporated and registered in Kenya. All transactions and interactions through this website are governed by the laws of Kenya.
3. Menu and Pricing
All menu items, descriptions, and prices displayed on this website are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to keep this information accurate and up to date, however:
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may vary between branches.
- Menu item availability may vary by location and time of day.
- Prices shown do not include delivery fees, which are set by the relevant delivery platform (e.g. Glovo) and displayed at the time of checkout.
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Online Ordering
ChickenRun does not currently operate its own direct online ordering system. Orders placed via the “Order Now” buttons on this website are fulfilled through Glovo, an independent third-party delivery platform.
- By placing an order via Glovo, you enter into an agreement with Glovo and accept their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- ChickenRun is responsible for the preparation and quality of food ordered from our branches. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues arising from the delivery platform.
- Refunds or complaints related to delivery should be directed to Glovo. Quality complaints related to the food itself should be directed to us via the contact details below.
5. Food Allergens and Dietary Information
ChickenRun uses a range of ingredients including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and other common allergens. Our kitchens are not allergen-free environments and cross-contamination may occur.
- If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction, please speak to a member of staff at your nearest branch before ordering.
- We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from a particular allergen.
- Nutritional and allergen information is available on request at any ChickenRun branch.
ChickenRun accepts no liability for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergens where a customer has not informed our staff of their requirements prior to ordering.
6. Store Opening Hours
Opening hours displayed on this website are intended to be accurate but may be subject to change during public holidays, special events, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend calling your nearest branch to confirm hours before visiting, particularly on public holidays.
ChickenRun reserves the right to alter, suspend, or close any branch temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

- Infringe the rights of any third party.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, ChickenRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to:

- Service interruptions or technical failures.
- Actions or omissions of third-party platforms such as delivery services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the website or our services shall not exceed the value of the relevant order or transaction.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
